Our ethical commitment as a Group is governed by a shared document and is supported by a dedicated organization comprising the Group Compliance Committee (GCC), the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and the Local Compliance Ambassadors (CA).

This reference document is intended for all employees regardless of profession, in alla countries we operate. It is useful for gaining awareness of the ethical rules applicable to the decision-making process, and also contains the procedure to follow to communicate with the right people in case of worrying situations.

For this purpose, it is communicated individually to each employee. It has been translated and is available in alla the languages of the countries in which the Group is present.

As an internationally operation group, the EMG Group is committed to conducting its business with integrity and in accordance with strong ethical values. In accordance with “Our Ethical Commitment”, all employees are required to respect the values of the Group in their daily work and to express any reports relating to the violation of laws, rules and international rules of the EMG Group.

For this reason and to create a positive culture in the workplace, we have created an IT channel, via web and app, to report any unethical behavior confidentially and guarantee security and confidentiality.
